Fender Stratocaster XII 12-String Electric Guitar

Fender Stratocaster XII 12-String Electric Guitar12 vintage-style tuning machines. Adjustable 12-saddle hard-tail bridge. Maple neck with Rosewood fingerboard.

The Stratocaster XII features an Alder body, Maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard with 21 frets.

Feature:
The finish and the look of this guitar are great and the sound is good (A little muddy using the neck pickup). The factory setup on this thing is horrible, the action was so high it was unplayable. This can NOT be corrected just by lowering the bridge, the neck has to be removed. After a lengthy setup it plays well with out any fret buzz. The neck is a little to narrow for my liking causing me to bump other strings while fretting. Has good looks and stylishly light. The guitar to hard on wiring though.

Quality:
This is a great sounding 12 string that looks cool and is extremely easy to play. The instrument is quite light in weight with good balance and it has a rather narrow neck. The tone is really perfect for a 12 string and this guitar is easier than most other 12 strings I’ve tried. The guitar arrived in perfect condition and fits in a standard strat-sized case. It has a solid feel and the finish is spot-on Fender beautiful.

Sound:
This guitar has pretty good sound depending on the amp you use. It is a good beginners guitar but for more experienced players this isn’t your choice. As far as the sound goes the sound on these is comparable to what you would get on far more expensive 12 strings. They sound beautiful, unique and at this price it is a great buy. It sounds like a strat, but adds the chorus, phase, jangle sound of the extra 6 strings. It sounds great both clean, and with some grit.

Ease of Use:
If you have never owned a 12 string before this is an easy playing instrument and this guitar will bring out a different side to your playing as it does to mine.
The action is great right out of the box and it is EZ to chord. When you plug it into your Jangle Box and Sonic Stomp, the sound of this guitar is as good as my Rickenbacker 12 which costs a great deal more than the Strat.

Value:
This guitar is worth a little less then they’re asking, around 150 less. Check Latest Price.

Desirability:
The 3 color sunburst gives this guitar that vintage look, so that really appeals to us old Byrd’s and Beatles fans, who already love the jangly sound of the electric 12.

Ibanez GRX20L Left-Handed Electric Guitar

Ibanez GRX20L Left-Handed Electric GuitarStandard 6-point fulcrum tremolo. 2 humbuckers.

Now you can turn your back on traditional budget guitars that only feature single coils, boring finishes, and a bogus name on the headstock. The GRX has humbuckers for solid leads, metallic finishes, and every one is set up with the same stringent standards as the most expensive instruments from Ibanez. That’s why it proudly says “Ibanez” and not “by Ibanez” on the headstock.

Feature:
This guitar is very light, which is good when you are into playing for hours at a time. The fretboard has a very smooth feel, making those scales much easier to master. And damn does it look good with a little polish. It included the standard accessories (short cord, allen keys, trem.bar, etc.) most useful features to me were the two humbucker pickups, no more no less.

Quality:
well made guitar, It’s built solid, will last a long time. Doesn’t scratch that much. The string knobs on the neck, especially for the high e string, are getting a little loose, and it comes out every now and then. but that is easily fixed. Nothing was loose or broken,  trust it in any situation, without a backup and it’ll probably out live me (knock on wood).

Sound:
The sound was very exceptional compared to past left-handed guitars I’ve played (which was really just right handed guitars with the strings flipped). Nice sound, it’s an Ibanez, what did you expect. Has a solid sound and is great for the price.

Value:
Great price for a very solid and well made guitar. A great little guitar at a great price, under of epiphone les paul. Check Latest Price.

Ease of Use:
It’s a guitar, going to take some time to learn to play, but if your with it, it is a fine beginner/ or step up from beginner.

Desirability:
This is one of the sexiest guitars. Black is standard for the left-handed mode. A different color pick guard would have been nice, but no complaints here.

Overall:
This has the chic look, and a good, chunky sound. This is a very good guitar. Satisfied with this for as long as it will last, and it seems to be built to last. This guitar is a very solid and well constructed guitar for a very great price.

Ibanez RG370DXL Left-Handed Electric Guitar

Ibanez RG370DXL Left-Handed Electric GuitarLefty version. Wizard II neck. HSH pickup configuration. Edge III bridge

The RG guitar line - the unchallenged standard in hard and heavy rock guitars — gets a massive infusion of high tech hardware and upgrades. The classic RG550 and RG570 models (now RG1550 and RG1570) reach new levels of lethal with the addition of Prestige necks and the new Edge-Pro tremolo system. Many deluxe and standard models have been upgraded with the new Edge-Pro II tremolos.

The 2003 lineup offers every kind of instrument needed by the heavy rocker: 6 and 7-string models, neck-thru and bolt-on axes, double locking and standard trems and an equally wide range of prices.

Feature:
You get some very good features for the price. These include shark tooth inlays, 2 humbuckers, 25.5 scale Wizard 2 neck, Edge 3 bridge, 1 single mid pickup, 1 tone control, 1 volume control, pickup switch, and jumbo frets. And with 24 frets, you just can’t go wrong. The jumbo frets make it easy to play the guitar.

The locking tremolo, his makes it easy to bend strings. It may take some time for you to be able to tune the guitar perfectly with the locking system because of the steps involved. You have to loosen the tremolo, tune it, and then tighten it again. But with after a while it’s no big deal.

Quality:
The parts seem sturdy enough, but the body might be the first thing to give problems.

Sound:
The sound of this guitar is very suited for lead guitar playing, pretty good, clean and powerful sound. A very good feature is the 5 tone switch settings, which allows you to adjust your sound before even touching a pedal. The only bad thing is the amount of noise from the single coil and some times with the wrong amp it may sound a bit muffled.

Value:
One of the best low priced heavy metal guitars. Its great value for money, because you get all the features of a pro model for a good price, and a locking tremolo, 24 frets, and great pickups, you can’t go wrong. Check Latest Price.

Ease of Use:
This guitar may be hard for someone whose not used to the double locking tremolo system because if you don’t know what your doing it may take you a while to get it up, or down, to the right tuning. Other than that its awesome the neck is really easy to play fast on, but its not too thin or thick.

Desirability:
You can’t get a guitar sexier than this for the price. It looks like it wants’ to be played hard and fast. It’s sharp and clean. Would be ideal with chrome hardware instead of black. Pickups make the guitar look really sexy and the gloss of the black paint is awesome. the sharktooth mother of pearl inlays aren’t bad either. Great guitar to take on the road to play on stage.

Overall:
It’s a nearly perfect guitar. This is the best left-handed electric guitar for the money to me. The Ibanez design is awesome. It makes other guitars just look weak. The guitar could use some chrome hardware, but all black is cool too. The sound is clean and powerful, high quality materials and tight construction.
