Epiphone G1275 Custom Double Neck Guitar

Epiphone G1275 Custom Double Neck Guitar4 Humbuckers. Rosewood Fingerboard. Alder body.

A rock and roll classic, the double neck guitar! Featuring 4 Humbuckers and 18 strings you can be the envy of all your friends without exactly breaking the bank.

Feature:
As good components as any higher-end model. Pickups were very responsive, low noise on the 12 side, which was nice. 3, Three-way switches (when the Gibson only has 2{which, in my experience, are the wrong way round}.

The extra selector switch that the Gibson model doesn’t have is really great for switching necks in the middle of a song if you want to use a different pickup, like if you want to use a treble pickup for a chord song but then use a rhythm pickup for a tasty solo.

Quality:
The guitar is great. The finish is perfect, and, with the purchase of strap locks, you’ll never worry about it getting broken. Good except their is a line down the middle of body of guitar where the grain of wood is mismatched close up it ruins overall good quality, bet a Gibson wouldn’t have that problem, tuners are sloppy and need constant attention, junk pickups, junk tuners heavy strings.

Sound:
The sound on the 12 string neck is clear and jangly - perfect for that vintage page-like tone. The 6-string is excellent for great sweeping solos and punchy rock n roll riffs. It’s really awesome for overdriven tones. The sound was much better than the old plywood model. Action way to high ridiculous, hard to play 6 strings are heavy gauge, pickups the worst need replacement no power or tone. Replace pickups a must Gibson, burst bucker or Seymour Duncan’s what the purpose of them saying guitar is set up with such high action everything must be reset fix these things it might have great sound.

Ease of Use:
It’s hard if you don’t have long arms, and it can get a bit heavy, yet very comfortable to play

Once you’ve mastered the technique this instrument is extremely fun to play.

Value:
Absolutely this is a good price for the guitar no compromise in quality definitely worth the money. It needs to be in the thousands! Check Latest Price.

Desirability:
Very attractive look and just the same Epiphone style all round great. It is dead sexy with time and good parts plus set up it is still cheaper than Gibson and might be good.

Overall:
The only thing you could want after this is the real Gibson version. With really good pickups tuners and strings and completely resetting all action

Epiphone G310 Left-Handed SG Electric Guitar

Epiphone G310 Left-Handed SG Electric GuitarThe Epiphone G310 is an SG-styled electric guitar at a fantastic price. The G310 has an Alder body, which contributes to its bright tone. The twin open coil humbucker pickups make for great sustain and high gain lead and rhythm sounds. Other features include a bolt-on mahogany neck with a 22-fret Rosewood fingerboard, chrome hardware and dual volume and tone controls.

Features:
The best features of this guitar are the very slim neck, the dot inlays, and the four tone and volume knobs. Also the lead and rhythm switch which gives you a good punchy sound for the lead and a warmer, softer yet distinguishable rythm setting.

Quality:
Shows fingerprints easy but hard to scratch. The problem is that the hole your plug the amp cord into keeps falling in and to take it apart. Everything works, but things come loose. Had trouble with the cable jack coming loose and falling into the guitar. Also, knobs can come loose and need to be adjusted. The nut  is not bad and not great. Check Latest Price.

Sound:
The overall style and sound rivals that of a real Gibson SG. It’s really worth the price. Sounds good not much difference between the 2 pickups though. If you’re looking for an AC/DC type sound this guitar is perfect. It sounds just as good as the Gibson SG. Don’t be confused by the name on guitars buy one you can afford and play and get good that way one day you can be making money off playing and you can buy any guitar you want to.

Ease of Use:
This guitar is very easy to use. It feels good in your hands with the ultra slim neck, its very light weight, and its components do not get in the way of your playing. It has good action and is very comfortable to play. Best all no strings to turn around.

Like any guitar, it takes some adjusting to get it exactly how you want it. The bridge was a bit to low and was getting buzz on the first fret. After adjusted the height it worked perfectly.

Value:
Definitely. For $214 it is a great guitar. This guitar was definitely a great value. You can always upgrade it.

Desirability:
Its a good looking guitar (hard to tell the difference between it and a Gibson as far as looks). You can’t really tell any difference look wise between this one and a Gibson.

Overall:
If you want a great guitar for a low price, this one is it. Mega boom for you’re buck

Epiphone Gothic Series Les Paul Electric Guitar

Epiphone Gothic Series Les Paul Electric Guitar2 humbuckers. Mahogany neck and body.

Epiphone announces the introduction of the new Epiphone “Goth” Collection. Based upon Gibson’s very successful “Gothic” line, the Epiphone Goth Collection features a Les Paul Studio, G-400, Flying-V, and Explorer all with Satin-Black finish and Black hardware for an absolutely wicked look. Add to that, a Roman numeral “XII” inlay on the 12th fret, a Celtic Cross on the headstock, and ‘57 Classic alnico-v exposed-coil humbuckers, and you’ve got guitars guaranteed to “wake the dead!” Each model features Epiphone’s Limited Lifetime warranty.

Since 1873, Epiphone has been producing fine musical instruments including guitars, basses, banjos, mandolins, amplifiers, and accessories.

Feature:
The tone knobs are pretty useless, but do you really use them? They do little difference but the three channel toggle does it all for ya, from killer leads to super smooth rhythms for blues.

Quality:
Its really sturdy. Its neck-through, so its a lot more durable than the Gibson. They may be neck through too, but the necks on Gibson’s are super fragile. Ever dropped this axe on concrete and it never went out of tune and don’t use a Floyd rose. It’s really.

Sound:
Love the way this thing sounds. The humbuckers really play their part in this one. The best thing for doom metal.

Value:
This guitar is priced perfectly, so you get all the bang you can for your buck. Check Latest Price.
